This is really a terrible idea. Bad for the tool (which is not designed to experience the kind of lateral force a router does, and spins at a much lower RPM); and potentially bad for you, too.
What task are you trying to accomplish? There's probably another way to go about it, without needing to go down this route.
I want to meke a door with hidden joints can you give me a idea for it
I have only chesels grinder dril and curculer saw
Thanks for your reply
Learn how to make a mortise and tenon joint which can be cut with handsaws and chisels. You can apply moldings if you want a more ornate pattern than a simple shaker style.
Thank you
Either use a real router or chisels to cut the mortises. By using these proven methods of work you decrease the chances of a do-over or worse, ruining the door.
Thank you for your advice
4 tools, no hammer? You can lay out your mortises and drill out the centers then trim the sides with the chisel. The size of your mortise will be determined by the width of your chisel. The width of your mortise can't be smaller than the width of your chisel. You can use your circular saw to cut the tenon with a series of shoulder cuts and clean it up with your chisel. The result might be a little crude but doesn't have to be. Go borrow a hammer, you'll need it. Drill, chisel, hammer, saw, now go build something! I love it!
Thank you
Make a dowel jig. drill holes. glue in dowels
I don't know how much help we have really given the OP. I'm going to guess that Chandra is in a location where many tools are not readily available.
I am also not sure he is asking for a mortise and tenon but this seems logical so let's go with it for a bit. For your mortise you can drill a series of holes and then, as Pantalones868 describes. If you do not have a good way of making a tenon on the end or sides of your material you can put a mortise in both "halves" and use a floating tenon to connect them without showing the method of joinery.
Are we close?
Yes in here power tools are Very expensive. I'm a new one for this .
Can you please give me a youtube video link for your idea
Thank you

Sakunpremachandra,
Paul Sellers is a great resource for making joints with hand tools and he is on You Tube. Much of his content is free.
Here is a link to his video on making mortise and tenon joint joints by hand. which would give you your door with hidden joints.
