Hello. I am trying to identify and then locate where I can purchase this item. I have placed the pictures in Google search but the replies are not the item. This piece attaches a small tablet table to the arm of a lounge chair. The diameter is 4 1/2 inches and the length of the stem is 2 3/4 inches. I would appreciate any help I can get.

See if you can locate the manufacturers label on the back or bottom of the chair, then try your local furniture stores to see if they can get it for you.
