Hi:
I have a project that I need some help with.
I have never worked with curves like this ones.
How do I make the cuts on the front panel and the side ones so that they fit right?
As you can see the front and side panels have a concave curve. My problem is finding a way to mark and cut those curves on the connecting panel.
My intention is to use bending ply attached to forms to construct the curved surfaces, any other ides are welcome.
Thank you for your time.

If you lay your bent panels face down on a table saw sled, with the sawblade tilted to 45°, you will end up with a mitered corner. The only limitation is the height of your tilted sawblade will limit the amount of the concave.
If the concave is deeper then you can still cut it on the table saw. But you have to finish the rest of the cutting with the bandsaw or hand saw and clean up with a plane.
Or make a sled that fits your bandsaw and do the entire cut on that.
Come to think of it you can mount your router with a straight bit through a long board, and the panel held at 45° under it in a jig. Run the router back and forth over the jig to cut your miter.
Those are 3 1/2 suggestions that will help you accomplish what you want, and I'm sure they're going to be more.
thank you very much, and sorry about the double posting.
