New monthly magazine, app asks me to pay for it even though I have an online subscription. Talked to a wonderful CSR, but until the app issue is fixed I guess I’ll have to go through this each month. Frustrating…just venting, wish someone would prioritize this for a resolution. Ben..? 🙂

I'm with you on this. Never know how that app will work. However, I have found on occasion to give it some time and it corrects itself. Since I binge on the articles, that works ok for me. I can always come back to it.
The worst experience I had was when I had an android tablet. Purchased several special issues. Then when I moved back to an ipad they were no longer available since I purchased them through the google store. Not purchasing them again and no one at Taunton press could help.
The first few days an issue is out, it asks me to pay, even though I don't need to. After that it works fine. I don't know why there's a lag, but there is, every time.
There seems to be a shortage of talent in the corporate IT world right now. I just spent the most painful 8 days of my like attempting to reinstate my Microsoft Office PAID subscription. Hated that!
Just got my issue in the mail and still cannot view the digital version without paying. You would think that after all these customer issues over the last year or so that someone could actually fix something. Can you imagine the outrage if this was a problem with a power tool in the shop?
