Anybody have ideas, plans, comments, or any other advise that would be helpful in building a high chair for a little one. I do not have anything to work off of and I am a beginning woodworker.
Thanks

Google "high chair plans" and you will find a number of sites. With Rockler, you can also purchase the hardware and tray. Good luck - Doug
google "kinderzeat" and search on eBay. Tell me if you can't make one in less than a day for little $$$. I bought rod stock at the home center and my friend whose a metal worker drilled and tapped the ends for me. I used Rockler's cross bolts for all the joints. Sawed the curved backs from a 16/4 block of Ash and then cut into two.
Your point is well taken but for a beginner woodworker, as the original post indicates, working from plans with shop notes is a good way to get experience.
Try to find the following magazine to find high chair plans
