I need a source for oil-rubbed bronze finish hinges, 3″x2″. Can anyone help. I’ve checked all the catalogs I have (lots) and haven’t been able to come up with anything but antique brass.

Have you looked at Vandykes.com, or Thehardwarehut.com, and I know Lee Valley has oil rubbed bronze, but I don't think that large.

I'm not sure if they have the sizes you need but I know they have lots of hinges. Hand forged Iron may be an alternitive.

Horton makes much of their own stuff... perhaps they could custom make something.
I'm not sure if the size is negotiable but...

US10B or 613 finish can end up a factoryorder for a lot of companies.

Have you tried Whitechapel Ltd?

I don't know where you live but Truit and White lumber in Berkeley CA has a lot of door hardware and I know they have 3x3 not sure about 2x3.

Interestingly enough, I know that the 3'X2" hinge may be a bug-a-boo to find. a 3x3 will be available by many places including the ones others have listed. I do know as fact that you will get the best quality hinge for the cash at Home Depot by special ordering hinges from Ives. Check the hardware section. You can special order just about anything from them. And again the quality is superb.
I have made MANY special order purchases from Ives thru home depot and have never been disapointed.
good luck,

Thank you,

Alan. If you are dealing with the architectural hardware boys--Hager, Ives, etc.--just remember that the first dimension is the height and the second dimension is the width of the hinge when it is unfolded. It's the only item that I can think of that the width is not the first dimension.
I bring this up so you can order them only ONE time.
