   Yes, one kind is Soss hinges available from most decently stocked wood working stores.

   Soss hinges are,1:expensive 2: difficult to fit, 4: limited in its 'sweep'5: prone to plug up with dust 6: Better suited for vertical arrangement rather than horrizontal. 

    If you don't mind the hinges showing, You can use Butler table  hinges which are inlaid into the wood for a flush appearance. If covered with carpet it wont 'telegraph' through the floor covering. Caution: These beautiful brass hinges are limited to 90 deg 'sweep', so must be restrained with chain or,some sort of stop.
