Have a small amount of holly, fresh cut, bark on. This will become, mostly, stoppers, pulls, etc., since it’s only about 2 ½” at the largest section. Wondering the best way to dry it: Cut it into blanks a bit longer than what I’ll work, leave it long (longest piece is about 5”), or what? Any other tips for drying? Times?
Many thanks.

No answers yet, eh? Do a Google, you'll find some info. I seem to remember that there are certain times of the year that it's best to harvest holly, times that it will retain the white color and not turn.
