   Certainly if I was planning on making any of my own tools, I'd go with Stumpy's site.

   Everyone, I'm sorry but this thread is over eight years old. In human years, that calculates to roughly 224 years. The plans are gone, the website for the plans is gone, and nobody has seen or heard of them in 7 years. Let's let this sleeping dog lie.
