NO! But just a thought I had..
Make a sort of wood nozzle that attaches to your Vacuum Hose and a arm that is 'fixed' to your 'tool' support so it moves when the support is moved.. I just have a little 'junker' wood lathe so I don't bother..
Loves my Metal lathes... Cooling oil washes it away!

I jerryrig up two contraptions. First, I bought a floor attachment for the vac and set that up with duck tape near the work piece. Second, over the lathe I have a box fan with a filter on the front to catch some dust .
