At the top of the reply page where you see the from and to just click on the arrow and choose all.
The option to reply to ALL or to someone other than the poster is only available in the Advanced View. If you are in Basic View, you will see a link to switch to Advanced View near the bottom of the message reading frame. If you are already in Advanced View, you will see a message asking, "Is this too complicated?" and a link to switch to Basic View. You can also click on the My Forums button, last button in the third row of buttons above, click on Preferences, and select Basic or Advanced View there.
Once you are in Advanced View, as the previous response said, there is a pull down menu in the To: field in the message composition window.
