How to cut curve in headboard panel to attach to round legs
I’m trying to make a headboard with turned legs.
The panel is 3/4″ thick with 1 1/2″ trim and my legs are 2 1/4″ round. How do I cut a 2 1/4″ matching curve in the sides of my panels? I was thinking a router bit would do it but having a hard time finding one. Help me please.

I'm not sure if your design would have the wiggle room, but it'd be a lot easier to cut a flat in the turned leg.
I'm with Ben. I would make a tenon on the panel, if it's still possible, and then a mortise on the leg. Otherwise, a simple flat on the leg will do, but I'm not sure how you are attaching the two.
The problem I'm having is matching the curve on the top trim and all down the side to hug the leg. I found a Round Nose Router bit that would work if they made them larger than 2"diameter. Any ideas on this?
I thought about jointing that way but I dont have the extra wiggle room. I am plan to attach using dowels instead. Do you think that will be ok?
