Not sure this is the right forum to ask this question. If I receive more than one reply to a question I have posed, how do I respond to each person in one message? The “To” box has a button for “Others” but how do you enter others? Just type the names separated by a comma, semicolon, etc.?
Also, can I post a photo with the message if I want to illustrate a point?
Could not find a discussion of how to use the forums.

I generally just use the "All" option in the "To" box when responding to more than one person. I don't think that generates an e-mail to everyone, like using a single adressee does. You can also e-mail copies of the post by entering e-mail addresses in the box below the text box where you type the messages. That assumes you know the e-mail addresses, tho'. Maybe someone who has taken the time to figure out the ins & outs of Prospero can add more info.
You can post a photo. Under the box where you type the text of your message, there are button, one of which is "Attach Files". Use this to attach a photo. It's pretty intuitive except for two things: 1) you need to wait (sometimes quite a bit) for the file to upload. After you hit the upload button, don't do anything until the file name shows up at the bottom of the text box. 2) It's not polite to upload files larger than about 100K. If your photos are larger than this (and they probably are), use a program like Irfanview to resize them. You'll need to experiment a bit to arrive at a good amount to reduce the pic so it's sized properly. With my camera, it's usually about 30% of the original. That'll vary with the size/resolution of your pic, though.

There is no FAQ for Knots, unfortunately. As far as replies go, I usually reply individually to each person's post. If you want to reply to everyone at once, you can do as Mike suggests and reply to All but then your responses may be missed by some. When you reply individually, say to my post here, the person you addressed the response to will see it when they ask for "All unread messages to me".
Mike mentioned email notifications -- those are determined by the user. I do not choose to be notified by email about posts at Knots, so none come to me. That decision is a thread-by-thread choice, as far as I know, shows up when you reply.
PS: To get many of the options, such as attachments, you need to be in Advanced View. If you're not seeing the options, scroll down to the bottom of the right-hand frame (below these responses) and select to switch to Advanced View.

Thanks for your reply to my question about replies. Started to experiment with more than one name in the To: box but was afraid I would miss thanking someone for answering my questions.
