I think you are out of luck. I had a chair published in Design Book Three (1983). I lost the original prints. I contacted the magazine staff directly years ago in an effort to get a copy of the images they used with no luck.
I have a copy of Design Book Three and have a project in it as well.
I'd be happy to scan your chair if you'd like.
That's very kind of you. I still have my copy of the publication but the image doesn't scan well. I was in hope of getting a high quality image from FWW.
