How to sharpen power plane blade using jig

i work in a community tool library. We have this Bosch jig and setting guage for setting and sharpening power plane blades. We also have the attached grinder to sharpen with.
Questions:
1 – How do I use the setting guage to set the blade correctly?
2 – Is the jig for grinder use? If so how to use?
Any other advice appreciated.

Sorry, I don't know. My power plane has carbide blades, and sharpening isn't worth it. I just chuck and replace.
Go to youtube with the model number for the jig... most of this has been covered in multiple videos by helpful people, if not by the manufacturers.
Those are for throwing away. Yes, you sort of can sharpen with a jig, and it does work, but it costs bugger all to get them professionally sharpened at no risk of damage.
It will cost you a decade of sharpening just to buy a decent wheel for the grinder
Just have two sets of blades...
