How would you cut angled, through, stopped dados in 5/8″ plywood?
I have 75 1′ square pieces of plywood that I need to cut angled through dados in stopping at 6″. Each piece only gets one cut but there are three different angles between 30deg and 45deg. Initially I just thought I’d do it on the table saw but now I’m thinking of angled blocks attached to a router base and run along a fence might be easier because there will be slightly less clean up to square the stopped end of the dado. Accuracy is fairly important. Any suggestions?

You don't want to use angled blocks on the router base.
Make 3 jigs (one for each angle you need). The jig should hold the plywood piece and provide an edge guide for the router base to run against. Also have a stop at the right position. You could use quick-release hold downs, or any other way of keeping the plywood positioned in the jig.
Template
I would be tempted to make a 1' X 1' square frame 3/16" thicker than the thickness of the dadoed stock. Cut out three 1' x1' x 1/4" templates with the three desired angles, drop the stock into the frame then the template and route using guide bushings and spiral up-cut bits to make the cut.
Thank you both, I think I know exactly how do it now.
