Just built my dream shop. Literally paint is still drying. Shop is very well insullated and heated via infloor radiant. Problem is I’ve got an inordinate amount of moisture on the inside. The windows are coated in moisture. My thoughts are a small floor dehumidifier. I don’t want to spend a lot, and i don’t know for how long I’ll need it. Any thoughts???

A lot of that moisture will probably go away on its own, or if you start running a heater it'll reduce moisture in the air. A dehumidifier definitely does work though.

Some of the problem may go away after a while. It takes several weeks for a building to dry out after you put heat in the building. Also you probably should keep the climate control running all the time to limit problems.
One question did you use insulated windows? If not you may have a problem that won't go away until you add storm windows.

As Denny said, you may be worrying prematurely. Right now, you have construction materials, paint, etc. putting moisture into the air and then condensing on the cold glass of the windows. I'd let it equalize for a few days to see what happens.
I agree I think I'll try a small dehumidifier and crack a few windows to really try and drive down the humidity, then in a couple weeks close it back up and see how much moisture buids up. Thanks
If you have a new concrete floor and walls, you may have oodles of water that will take a while to evaporate. Be patient. Once the heat is on, you shouldn't need a dehumidifier until the heat is turned off next summer even if the moisture builds up. Heat lowers the relative humidity drastically.
