Looking at Fuji and Earlex systems. Earlex 6003PUS is a 3 stage system. Fuji 2202 semi-pro 2 is a 2 stage. I suspect both spray clear liquids nicely. However I have a bunch of kitchen cabinets in latex to do. Anyone have experience with these units? Price is the same… suspect paying extra for the blue paint.

Not a direct answer, but I have the Fuji 4 stage, and it handles latex and everything else.
Both systems are from respected manufacturers... I have the Fuji 4 stage, as well, and it's excellent. Fuji is known for their spray guns, which might tip the scale a bit. The 2-stage vs 3-stage may not be a clear difference... the Fuji is rated at 5.0 PSI vs. the Earlex at 5.5 PSI.

I also have the Fuji 4 stage. It is excellent. You might consider spraying a waterborne lacquer instead of latex paint for your cabs. Less blocking and the viscosity is better suited to spraying.
Agree but it’s my wife’s project. Thanks
I have the fuji semi-pro 2. I have tried to spray latex with it with the 1.8 tip and I cant recommend it. It will spray any product that General Finishes offers however. When it comes to latex, I dont even bother with my semi pro and go straight for my Grace airless sprayer. I will say that the semi pro does spray everything else very well with both the 1.3 and 1.8 tip. I have been wanting to sell it actually so I can upgrade the mini-mite 4. When you read the comments about saving up and buying at minimum a 4 stage they are 100% accurate. I am kicking myself for not just buying the mini-mite 4 platinum in the first place.
Good feedback. Think I will borrow my buddies airless for this job and any sprayer I buy will focus on what I do for woodworking. Clear finishes.
Definitely go with 4-5 stage it does make a difference and would be required to spray household latex. I replaced a 20 year old Lexaire large 2 stage with an Apollo Precision-5 Pro and the the difference is amazing. While I realize this is not the league you or most hobbyist would be buying but I will say the Apollo Atomizer Gun is about as good as it gets and I would rank the Apollo brand ahead of either Fuji and Earlex, but they tend to be a little more costly. I also would strongly recommend a system that supports a non-bleeder style gun, a constant stream of air blowing from the gun is an invitation for problems.
PS Latex paint is not what I would use on kitchen cabinets, it's not nearly durable enough.
You've gotten good advice and I think you're on the right track to base your decision on capability with respect to the finishes you actually use for woodworking and borrow an airless sprayer for the kitchen cabinets. Just as a data point, I have a four stage Apollo rated for 9 PSI and spraying house paint is possible but requires a ton of dilution. I can't imagine it working well at all with a lower-powered unit and wouldn't want to do very much of it with mine.
