I’m not able to put my hands on issue #14 and an article on incised letter carving. It’s nowhere to be found in my house or shop, and I’m hoping someone could tell me if old magazine articles are available in here online. Any ideas?
thanks

It's on the Best of FWW cd if you can't find it elswhere.
Thanks, Dennis. I bought a full set several years back of FWW, #1 thru #130, for $75. I know, great price. I had #14 out and used it for reference for a job a while back, and it's been misplaced in my garage amidst a rearranging of all the junk that gets stuck in a garage. I may get the CD one day.
If you have access to the paid portion of the site, I think this is what you are looking for:

Thanks, Brian, that's a good article.
Hi, I've subscribed since issue #1 and have all of them. The article is Incised Lettering by Sam Bush in ussue #14, Jan/Feb 1979. It's only 3 pages. If you can't find it from another source I don't mind faxing you the pages.
take care,
John
That's the one I'm looking for, John. If I need to, I'll contact you and take you up on that offer.
thanks,
Jerry
Hi Creekwood,
That issue is available on ebay for $6.95 + $1.95 S&H in case you want to buy it. I have bought many back issues from this guy and he is reputable. Here's the url:

Good luck,

Thanks Lee. I went ahead and bought it. I know the one I have will turn up, but I guess you can never have too many old FWW issues laying around. Thanks for the link. It let me know my collection of Home Furniture has gone up from the subscription price I paid. Too bad it went south, that was a great magazine.
Hi Creek,
I agree about Home Furniture. That was indeed a great magazine!
