   Yes.

   I just got the same message.  Deleted it.  I am shocked, I thought it was me she was interested in.  Now I see she has eyes for you too!  Crushed.  Guess I'll stick with my wife of 42 years.

   Of course it is a scam with a computer program that just scans user profiles.  If they get one answer in a million they hit pay dirt.  OR IT COULD BE COPS LOOKING FOR ON LINE CHILD PREDITORS.   Lets hope so.

   She seems to be prolific in her sending of private messages. I guess the prostitutes are looking for another fre board, now that craigslist has shut down their message board for their services. BTW, I got the same mail. Does FW have a means of reporting users abusing the site? I was looking for such, to no avail.

   Nigerian Scam

   They are fishing for email addresses.  If you respond to the email address given, they will be able to capture your address and sell it to other scammers.  Then you will get a continual feed of stupid scam emails for the rest of your life.  I hate this kind of crap too.

   Use a "throw away" mail account to reply

   If I reply to something like this, I use a free throw-away mail account rather than my normal email account. As soon as I start getting crap delivered to this alternate email account I close it and open a new one.

   True love

   Even my wife thought it must be for me alone and she was all excited that with me gone to "True Love", she might finally find a wealthier spouse.  She really feels let down and is very depressed.

   How in the world did this get on Knots?  Also, she can't spell.

   She sent this to me on the Burl first, and now here as well

   I got this same message or at "The Burl" two days after joining.  I have a good sense of humor, but I wasn't happy about it.  Now they have found me over here as well.  Maybe Gina can track it down and put a block on them.

   Yes,I got it to.I read it and couldn,t help but think"Man,this girl really must be desparate if she thinks she wants me.Don,t they have good eye specialists in her country?My wife told me that if she had known that there was some woman foolish enough to want me,she wouldn,t have spent all that money on the shop to keep me out of her hair.Oh well,old age and foolishness seem to go hand in hand.
