Inca tools are out of production. For manuals you might try Garrett Wade in NYC or Eagle Tools in LA. There's also an inca tool owners group in yahoo. You can post there to see if anyone has a copy of the manual you're looking for. I've also seen different manuals appear on ebay from time to time.
