Just wondering whether anyone knows where to get Inca parts…I have recently purchased a beautiful 10.5″ over / under planer jointer. Although I have 2 sets of blades, I’m worried that finding them in the future might be a bit of a problem. I know that Garrett Wade used to carry them, but since have dropped the line.

Stefan,
I have three thicknessers all with different sized knives so I get my knives from my saw doctor, you could try yours. He'll need to know the dimmensions as I would imagine he will source them from a tooling manufacturer, not necessarily the machine's maker.

Stfean the baldes are readily available. The cutter head is made by Tersa, and other brands also use this system. There's a place in Michigan that has the license to produce the Tersa blades in the US. The HSS blades are around $20 each, I think.
Although the Inca stuff no longer appears in the Garrett Wade catalog, they still sell replacement blades for the planer. Give them a call.
