I have an INCA tilting arbor tablesaw. There is a 4 inch diameter vacuum hose from the blade to exit port. Whenever I tilt the blade/motor/trunion to 45 degrees, the hose pops off the exit flange. The hose is held with a hose clamp.
What is the cure??
Thanks…Don

Hi Don,
I have a Model 2200 and do not have this problem. Perhaps the hose you have is too short? Maybe the newer saws came with longer hoses. It would be worth a try to call Garrett Wade and see if there is a longer hose or replacement available.
Also, in my current setup I removed the flange and I now connect the 4-inch hose to a 4-inch to 5-inch expander and run a 5-inch hose to my dust collection.

Hey JM:
Is your TS right or left tilting?
Bake Sale,
My blade tilts to the right.

Don you could also call Eagle tools in LA area. I bought a 2200 from them (they were Garrett Wades West Coast distributor), and they're very knowldgeable about the INCA tools.
