I’m ready to install a pair of inset doors and find that one of the door frames has a slight diagonal twist. The door frame is about 10″x 22″, and will hold a glass panel. The rails and stiles are 1 1/2″ wide. I’m using Brusso knife hinges. Because of the twist, one corner stands about 3/32 proud. Any suggestions how to handle this? Would an astragal help?

If I understand this properly you have a door that is square but one corner stands 3/32" proud of the face frame. I would simply plane the offending 3/32" away and not tell anyone. If done artfully no one will see it.
