inset drawer fronts on face frame kitchen cabinets-rabbeted half blind dovetails for the drawer front?
I am starting to build new kitchen cabinets with face frames. I am using Blum underdrawer slides for the drawers (model 563H). I am going to do inset drawers and doors throughout. Has anyone had any success with using rabbeted half blind dovetails on the drawer fronts rather than building a basic box and then adding an applied front?
Any insights would be appreciated.

I have an article on my website building drawers with lipped half-blind dovetails ...

The full build is on this Index Page: http://www.inthewoodshop.com/Furniture/index.html
Scan down to "Entry Hall Table for my Niece" (built in 2020).
There is also a video I made of the process of making lipped dovetails (as no one had documented this at the time) ...
