Are you talking about cabinet doors or entry doors?

It just so happens that I got some spam e-mail (useful for once) the other day on this. You might want to check out this link. (I can't vouch for this company or their stuff, so let the buyer beware.)

I've built several raised panel cabinet doors with a Freud bit system for my router table, and the results were very good. Once I got through the set-up, the parts came out true and fit well. I've also had good results from JASADA router bits. They have their factory in Oldsmar Florida (suburb of Clearwater) that I toured. They are very focused on quality and repeatability of their tools. I haven't made a purchase there since the ownership changed in the last few years. Hope this helps.
Has made many doors.. I do not use any special bit.. Table saw does the most work and the router for the fancy stuff,, OH I forgot the Tenons,,, I use a router mostly with loose tenons..
EDIT:: I forgot to say as in Front doors!
Not cabinets
