Hello, wondering if anyone could tell me how (if) I could make an internal curve, like the one on the front of the legs on the spice cabinet pictured.
I have only hand tools (router, electric plane, circular saw, jigsaw, hand plane, spoke shave, chisels and hand saws) and can think of a few difficult and time consuming methods, that will produce only average results.
Nope, no bandsaw 🙁
Thanks for your help 🙂

two approaches come immediately to mind
1 bolt your jigsaw to a plate, turn the plate upside down and attach it to your bench. You now have a fixed machine that will allow you to cut with the sort of control you get on a bandsaw. Depending on your jigsaw's cutting capacity, the blade you chose, and the saw's cutting action you can cut stock up to 4 in thick.
2 buy a coping saw and a selection of blades and cut the shape by hand, finishing with hand tools
what do you mean by a jigsaw ?
jigsaw = scroll
jigsaw = saber saw = sawall
The jigsaw I refer to is the electric one, like the picture below, though mine is (sadly) much older than the one pictured.

FWW #119 August 96 has an article on how to make these feet. The tools used by the article's author are a router with cove bit, drill, table saw, jig saw and hand planes. From your tool list you already have these tools.
The author's process steps are:
1 cut the ogee profile using a router
2 finish profile by hand and finish sand
3 rip to width and mitre the corners
4 drill the round hole
5 cut the balance of the shape (mark the shape on the back or flat side of the strip) with a stationary jig saw
6 glue up
hope this helps

Thanks for your help Ian, didn't think of a coping saw.
Thought I might even try a half-round SureForm plane, the one thats more like a file.
Ps. sorry 'bout the long time replying. :)
