im looking to build a cabinet bench for our bathroom. I want to customize the shape for it to fit in the space its gonna be. From top view, its gonna be like an irregular square, with 2 right angles, a wide and a sharp angle. What kind of joints should i go for with wide and sharp angles.

Since you don't specify what kind of construction you're going to use, I would suggest doing a leg and apron or chair type construction. The simplest approach is to use a loose tenon. Cut mortises into mating rails and legs and glue a loose or floating tenon in them. This way it's easy to find and cut your angles on the rails and you get good strength from the joint.
