Try Googling Marples Splitproof Handle. Where "splitproof" is one word.
I'm not sure if they are still available.

Stanley has Irwin " Marples " chisels with blue handles, seemingly everywhere, like Ace hardware. I have one...a big dose of Stanley Black and Decker-Irwin not much Marples.
Read the description carefully: it's just a roll, chisels aren't included. The last sentence at the bottom.
I know the company isn’t including the chisels I’m more interested in those chisels I have never seen the clear handle before most have a yellow tint to them I was hoping to find some answers here I hit road blocks with all my searches
here's an ad on ebay for a set
