I live in Seoul in Korea.
I settled a wood flooring in my house.
Flooring was finished by Polyurethane.
But it is very very easily to be SCRATCH!!
What a much-scar floor!
It drives me up the wall.
Please, let me know the strong enough to endure
hard abrasion & impact….
Thank you very much for reading my message…

Polyurethane floor varnishes have been the traditional floor finish for years. They do take a few days to cure, though, and scratch easily during the curing time. Or perhaps you got a low quality brand.
If you can find it, you might look at the Fabulon line of floor finishes from Pratt & Lambert. They have fast drying Polyurethane finshes as well as a good waterborne polyurethane that a lot of professionals are using now. I don't know where to find it in Korea, but Sherwin Wuilliams and Pratt & Lambert dealers should have it.

*The best finish for flooring is McCloskey Marine Spar Varnish, available in satin or gloss. It is mch stronger than poly and will not delaminate like most polies. Do not use a poly spar varnish, they are junk.
