I wanted to post this here because I believe we should also hear some of the positive things that tools companies are doing.
About 4 months ago I purchased 4 of the 50″ Jet parallel clamps from Rockler (buy 2 get 2 free!). Last week I noticed that one of them is slipping on the teeth when tightening. I sent an email to Jet that night and had a response in the morning asking for my address and where I purchased them from. Less than a week later, a new Jet 50″ parallel clamp was at my door.

That's phenomenal, especially since they replied so quickly to an e-mail! They kinda have to respond at some level to a phone call, but often e-mails will languish a day or two before being answered. Cool.
