How old and what tool?
Typically you can get parts right from their website: http://woodworking.jettools.com/Parts.aspx
Download the manual from the products section if you need the parts list to get the part number.

Several years ago, when I got my very-used Jet contractor saw, I called the parts department and got very good help from them. Sorry I don't have the phone#, it's gone with the manual to a new owner.
