Does anyone know what color this is and where might one purchase the spray paint?

The JET parts website lists various touch-up paints for their machines. I didn't see any paint with "blue" in the name. However, they do offer a paint called ELITE GRAY. Could that be the old JET grayish-blue? I don't know.
So the good news is that JET sells touch-up paint in various colors and you can email them to figure out which color is correct for your machine. The bad news is the price. See attached screen-grab.
You may want to talk to a car paint shop and take the part in to match the RAL. you want to see the color chart and the part in the same light. and, if you get the RAL there are multiple companies that will mix touch up paint i a can for you. Haven't done it in while so i don't know the cost.
I was going to suggest the same thing. Some can even load it into a rattle spray can for you.
My store price depends on the color. In the last 2 years I paid $90 for a pint and $20 for a quart (yes that is right). The first was a red, the second a dark blue. When I asked the guy at the shop he said it is based on what pigment is in the blend, and apparently red is expensive.
I'd guess 1/2 pint would be plenty.
