Hello everyone!
I just purchased the Keller 2401 and having some problems. The major problem I am experiencing is vibration and that has to be the reason the D.T are loose???What are the dimentions of the stock you attached the jig to?

A Keller is my primary dovetail tool. One of the good things about it is that it uses pilot bearings instead of template guides, so the quality and accuracy of the joints are quite high. Big vibrations are not normal. They could be caused by dull cutters, or a high feed rate, or loose clamping of the guide to the workpiece, or by trying to dovetail plywood. Dovetailing plywood is possible, but the bit chatters as it moves from one layer in the plywood to the next.
If the dovetails are cleanly cut, but loose, there are adjustments to make to the jig. Read the manual for them.
I had this problem once, a piece of the carbide had broken from the cutter and made it vibrate a lot. The jig however is the best on the market.
