FYI,

I called the Lowe’s phone number listed on the Delta/PC mail in rebate (1-866-258-6300) and spoke with Antonio.

After a few minutes of trying to explain the situation to him this is the information that he gave me:

1.) Each form submitted will only give you a $50 rebate.

2.) Multiply forms can be submitted (with all the jazz that it is asking for).  Copies of store receipt can be used if you purchased multiple items on a single trip. 

3.) He clearly stated that the form said no limit

4.) Make photo copies for your records of everything you send end.

4.) And to call back to the number if there was a problem.
