I want to refinish my dining table and kitchen cabinets. I belive a Catalyzed Varnish or Conversion Varnish are the most durable, but I can’t seem to find a supplier for these. Can anyone point me in the right direction.

Well, most paint stores should carry what you're after. Sherwin Williams, Diamond Vogel are two near here that do. I would expect that just about any dedicated paint supplier would have or be able to get what you want. You could try the yellow pages under paint, or go straight to whoever uses it the most - call a cabinet shop and ask who their local supplier is. DV's conversion varnish is pretty nice stuff.
