Yes, I would recommend getting Kim Carleton Graves book "Dining Tables". 9 tables are displayed with plans and instructions for each.
Good luck,

I sell old woodworking magazines as a hobby for $3.00 each and have a lot of different plans. E-mail me for more info.
Thanks Scott

Joe, I just built a small table for my wife that measures 46" x 34". The design is a basic apron with legs tapered on two sides. Simple, but quite attractive. It is my own size, design, etc, but it is nothing new conceptually. If this sound like something that would interest you, let me know, and I can write up instructions for you. good luck. David Pearce
Hi Dave,
Thanks for your help but I just had dinner with my daughter and what she "has to have " is a 48" round pedastal table for her kitchen.I can build the pedastal and then turn it on my lathe. I,ll set the center post on a base with some small bun feet. Its starting to come together.
Thanks again,
Joe McDonnell
