Try Lee Valley tool catalogue. I know that they have sold thme in the past.
pick up a copy of Blade or Knives Illustrated magazine at any large newstand- there's always a number of companies advertising that sort of stuff. off the top of my head, you might try K & G (?) Supply. i'll check tomorrow for a few more with phone or addresses.

Keep them out of the dishwasher. I killed a kitchenaid pump-fan-food-grinder with a loose rivit from a knife. It dropped in and tore up the plastic.
How's about brass rod dropped thru the shank and handle then swaged (or beat) on an anvil with a ball peen hammer. Sand to finish?
Jantz supply 405-369-2316, http://www.jantzsupply.com or K&G supply 520-537-8877 (this number is a few years old for K&G)

I have made a couple of knife handles over the years. I went to the nearest hardware store, bought a 36" piece of 1/8" brass, cut it to size, drilled holes through the handle, beat on it a little bit and still use them years later. The brass was where the store displays threaded rod, etc. Cheap too.
Regards,
Bob
