I am in the process of building a router table and want to install a Kreg insert plate in the top. Does anyone know the size of router bit to use to match the radius of the corners of the Kreg insert. A3/4 inch bit is too small.

When size matters
3/4" will work fine if you make a template and use a top bearing. That is my prefered method of installing inserts.
Template
I just checked and Kreg does not sell a template for their plate.
If you haven't modified it, send it back, and buy a Rockler, Woodhaven, or Woodpecker plate, and the matching template.
If you have modified it, sell it on eBay, and buy one of the above.
I personally like the Woodhaven plates, only because they sell something called the "Angle Ease", which is a specialised base that lets you tilt the router. This gives you a broad range of cool profile options, that you just cant do with the router verticle. For instance if you want to make staves for an eight sided planter, you can tilt the router to 22.5-degrees, and then use a tongue and groove, or glue joint bit set to make interlocking joints on the edges. Tilt the router to 30-degrees, install a 3/4-inch roundnose bit, and run drawer faces through to make integral drawer pulls.
