While adjusting the tracking, an expensive 115″ carbide tipped resaw blade broke (not on the weld).
Would to start going with cheaper, more easily replaceable blades. Any good recommendations for Laguna 14/12 115″ resaw blades?

Highland Woodworking sells their own line of "Woodslicer" resaw blades. They are not carbide tipped but they are excellent, I've used them for years.
I love the Highland Woodslicer blades too. I've done a ton of resawing with them.
It is hard to beat the Highland Woodslicer blade for cut quality, tracking and kerf width on my Laguna 14BX. When new, the Laguna carbide blade also has excellent cut quality and tracking but takes a wider kerf. I had it factory re-sharpened and it never tracked right again. I have a carbide replacement but it is still new in the box, in favor of the Woodslicer.
+1 for the 1/2" woodslicer on my laguna 14 SUV. I have gone over 14" of resaw with beautiful results.
Four for four on the woodslicer. Thanks !
The only woodslicer I can find in Canada is the one sold by R & D , do you think it’s the same ? At that price I am ordering a few.

I doubt it's the same product. Highland Woodworking produces the blades and they are simply called Woodslicer. The product in the link you have is called Woodslicer Swift.
I kind of doubt Highland produces the blades. Just guessing. I wonder who actually makes them.
In a pinch, I've used Starrett blades, as they are available at Woodcraft. They are very close in appearance and results as the Woodslicer, and are reasonably priced. Give one a try.
I've bought both the Laguna and Highland "Woodslicer" blades for my Laguna 14/12 and would definitely recommend the latter over the former (love the saw, though!).
