I am looking to laminate a piece of rigid pink insulation between two pieces of lauan. Can you recommend what type of glue I should use? Thanks

I've never done this but, I do know that there are caulking gun adhesives that will work with rigid foam board. I think that water based contact cement will also work. Not 100% sure about the latter. Read the label.
Foam board adhesive in caulking tubes works, but it's pricey and hard as heck to squeeze out. I've used Glidden Gripper a lot, and its fantastic. Roll or brush it on, and clamp together. It's the only things use now.
Never done this myself, but if I were going to I'd use Gorilla Glue. That stuff will stick just about anything to anything.
