Well I am nearly finished the last gift on the list. It is a bible box, made from Ulmo, Bloodwood, Fir, Cedar and Purpleheart. The sides are Ulmo with bloodwood corners, the top is fir with Bloodwood inlays, There is a small peice of purpleheart on the bottom of the box and on the bottom of the lid. The inside of the box is lined with Cedar and finished with velvet. It was most fun I have had with a project yet. If I can Find my buddy with the Digital camera I will post some pictures sometime. The finish is Varathane Natural Oil with a poly over top. I sure hope it turns out as it will be all nip and tuck, just in time to make it under the tree. God Bless all of you as you celebrate the season. May Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, be with you as you fellowship amoung friends and family.
