So I go in looking for a few deals, the place is pretty picked over. They had some no-name 2HP motors for $75 bucks. Case design and mounting brackets looked identical to my Jet Contractors. I ended up passing on it cause they looked pretty beat up, sold without warranty “as-is”. Just for the hell of it, I ask “You got any cast-iron wings for a Jet Contrator’s saw?” They sold me a cast iron wing witha mitre slot for the Jet Supersaw for $39 bucks. “Will it fit?” I ask. “Oh sure, all the Jet stuff has the same bolting patterns, it’ll go on like a dream.” Wrong! The bolts are holes are spaced right horizontall, but off by 1/4″ vertically. I call to say I want to return it. “Sorry, he says, all sales are final during store closeout.” I haven’t decided yet if I should go in and go postal on them or just chalk it up to typical WW Warehouse incompetence and drill some new bolt holes. Any wonder this firm went under?

Sounds like a good price. Drill the new holes and move forward.
