Wane, sorry to rain on your parade, but those attachments are way too big to download for someone without DSL or other high-speed internet connection. Look at the file sizes -- over 500 Kb (yikes!). They need to be under 100 Kb each, and preferable (and easily done) under 60 Kb.
You need to use your photo/scan editing software to get the file sizes down. Thanks! (and .... sorry).
forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
sorry, the pics are from my digital camera, any suggestions for resaving them in a lower resltn, .. thanks
Wane,
Most digital cameras come with software used to import, catalog, print, etc. as well as some rudimentary editing options (i.e. resize, contract, gamma correction, etc.). Try looking at your software the next time you are uploading. Usually you can set default sizes for all imports or modify after import.
If your software doesn't have that, MS Paintbrush or MS Photo Editor are alternatives. Good Luck and ingenious use of a blower!

Here are a couple that I resized. MS photo editor wouldn't make them any smaller. Will have to start using Irfan View again. (Really getting tired of all the non-functioning features of XP. Granted, it's better than ME, but still isn't anything to write home about.)

That's cool! I wonder how long it will last though...should work for a long time since they're made to suck up big things like leaves and small wood chips.
5 years and counting, I do allot of thickness planning, and live in leaf land, the best part is that the volume of shavings are greatly reduced
The leaf blower idea is one I've toyed with too. I like the concept, but like FG said, the photos are waaaay to big. Here they are a bit more civilized.
