   was in the Ottawa store on sat and it was posted there that they were working on it

   they have also added computer terminals at the catalogue counters to help speed up ordering or you can do it still the old way using pad & pencil

   Hi -

   That's true for pricing in Canada...in the US catalog many more went up than down. The drop in the US dollar combined with 30-50% increases in raw materials in the far east (not to mention transportation cost increases) means that prices in the US will be on the rise this year... count on 4-8% as being typical...

   Many suppliers who had been holding pricing in the hope that the condition was temporary are now starting to pass cost increases on ....

   Rob-off the subject, but I wanted to compliment your customer service department for going out of their way to help me on a remarkably minor issue.  They were quick and courteous and made me a huge fan of your company.

   Sorry for the hijack but I just saw the posting and thought of this.  Maybe someday I'll know a little something.
