LEE VALLEY ROUTER TABLE HOLD DOWN
Latax and FG, I owe you the answer on replacing the bolts. On the top I replaced the cap screw and sliding plate with a 2″ 1/4-20 T-bolt (12k79.72) and used a 4 wing female knob(00m55.30) with the original spring washer to great success.
The end rod cap screw on the front was replaced with a cast thumb screw either 3/4 or 1″ IIRC (00n35.03) and it is ok for my big meat hooks. A smaller hand might find the male 1/4-20 4 wing knob will give more purchase to tighten.
In the 6 weeks I had almost no time to play .
1 week sick. 1 week lost to sears/maytag washer/dryer DOA-replaced with GE’s and 10′ of new tin exhaust. 1 week watching an old country boy install 600 sq.ft. of natural oak floor(living room, kitchen and 30′ ranch hall with my tools) he was only off 1/4″ across 24′.
In my spare time I had 43.63 TONS of crushed rock applied to the drive way and leveled with a back hoe bucket edge($754.30). Thanks for the tips and info FG. Had my high wall storage barn delivered 12×20′. Drove to Knoxville and picked up a JDS 3000 cyclone and two 750ER’s. Drove to Nashville to watch the band my son manages do two live radio shows at the Grand Ole Oprey. Installed a new kitchen sink, three remote thermometers(porch, shop and barn), two new shower heads and spouts, three new porch lights and a new motor on the old drill press.
I will try the pics but the PC is still sick. Pat

James, if I could have back the week I was sick(green stuff in the air pipes) and the week that sears stole from my life I would have had the cyclone completely set up and the air cleaners hung. I canceled the order on 8/4, they picked them up on 8/6 and they are still on my bill gathering charges as I type! all the best , Pat
Paddy,
Them bits are ordered from Lee Valley. Thanks for doing the testing.
You ARE too busy and need to be taken up the fells by me, so we can setaspell and contemplate the cumulo nimbus, the sweet air and the amusing clothes of passing fell walkers.
Afterwards, we relax more by drinking beer in an ancient pub whilst gassing on to the locals, who will find you exotic.
Lataxe, Therapist To The Busy
L, I would be deee lighted to treck up your fells. Should I pack my 9 1/2' split bamboo fly rod and some assorted tasty looking treats in my fly case? I will have a fine time once I move as I will be in the 5 rivers region not to mention a gaggle of creeks, ponds and significant lakes, but alas NO SAMMY SMITH'S FROM THE KEG! All the best , Paddy
Wow, Pat! I'm staggered -- you have been bizzzzzzzzzy! Thanks for the details on the fence upgrade. Sorry you were sick, but you found a dynomite floor-layer-person, eh? We'll be patient for the pics, but we will expect them, ROFL!!!
forestgirl -- you can take the girl out of the forest, but you can't take the forest out of the girl ;-)
