I’ve never used Lenox brand bandsaw blades. They make good hacksaw blades though. I found a place that if I buy my blades from them they will resharpen them for free. That seems to me to be a great deal. They seem to only carry Lenox . I mostly use Sterrett now. I have hand sharpened blades in a pinch but mostly just toss them when they get dull. Anyone have any experience with Lenox bandsaw blades?

The only ones I have tried were 1/2" carbide tipped blades. It broke, at the weld, immediately. I sent it back and they rewelded. It broke again, in a different spot, about 5 minutes in. I was fed up and tossed it.
I forget what outfit I bought it from.
I've never had an issue with a Lenox tool aside from that. I'd buy anything Lenox, but I wouldn't try another bandsaw blade.
I have left the other blades behind, and use Lenox almost exclusively - both for ripping (narrow strips of hardwoods for bent laminations) and contour work. I push them hard, and they have yet to fail. For ripping I use a 3/4" TriMaster (carbide-tipped) and a 1/2" DiMaster (M42 steel) for contour work. In my opinion, the are the best blades on the market.
A 17" bandsaw maxes-out at about a 1" wide blade - probably sufficient for most wood shop challenges. When Lenox was bought by Black & Decker/Stanley, I assume they would cheapen the product - it seems they have continued the quality.
