   Having searched for years for a #2 low-altitude sky hook, I finally gave up  on attempting to cut full sheets on the TS. Now, I just pull them off the truck directly onto saw horses, and cut them with a Festool TS-55 circular saw and guide rail. No pain, no strain. Perfect cuts every time.

   Lifting plywood panels

   I'm like Ralph - I don't like lifting panels either. (Of course it's because he's lazy; I'm ingenious.)

   The Festool guide bar and TS 55 gives better cuts than a table saw and I always break-down full sheets using the Festool system. BUT I've always had trouble getting a 4' x 8' full sheet onto the sawhorses. They horses always seem to want to skid away.

   I saw this tip in some magazine. (NO - it isn't my idea) I attached a length of 1" x 4" to each saw horse with a simple hinge. Hinge-to-floor distance of the 1" x 4", is perhaps 1/2" longer than the height of the horse. At the bottom of the 1" x 4" I fastened an angle iron from the hardware store.

   Place the sheet goods against the boards and on the angle. Presto - the sheet of plywood can be rotated to the horizontal.
