I suggest a link on the first page for subscription issues. The editors should have a regular account they use at least once daily under a different registration so they can endure some of these problems. The web dis-service providers have once again lost my unlimited subscription. I am certain I am not SPECIAL and this issue remains and affects many. Taunton should look for a different service provider and/or question why they need to “UPDATE” and what problems that generates for the customer. Obviously the present providers only consider Taunton as a customer and not the customers of Taunton.
