Hey Folks,
As part of an effort to help a fellow woodworker in need, The WWA is auctioning off one of my bamboo backed longbows. You can read about it here.

All proceeds will go to Forrest so that he can rebuild.
Think about how much you would lose in a totally engulfing shop fire, and then maybe consider a bid to help out.

Yeah, Tom! This is going to be fun! You're a good guy, ya know that?!

Anyone who would appreciate a quality hand crafted bow, I can testify to the quality of Tom's work. I'd bid on the item but I already have one of his creations.
Nice gesture, Tom!

What draw weight will it be? Being 64, I need to stay in the 30-35# range. Will you have it made and post pics before the auction ends?

Hey Mike,It's actually a custom made bow. I'll work with the winning bidder to determine thier draw length and prefered draw weight. So, to your second question, no, there won't be any pictures because I won't start work until after the auction closes. If you'd like to see pictures of some of my bows check the link in the first posting.
